We used to call it the supermirror. All of my friends in the 90's with custom (or sort of custom) cars used to rock these things out, but I haven't seen one in use in forever.

I see these being used in lowered Honda Civics* with fart cans. Like, a few times a week.
*Could be the same guy, they all look the same to me...

I use to see those a lot in race cars... and I think the last time I saw one was in a craigslist ad car a few months ago. Kind of trippy, but they work from what I remember.

We called them Wink mirrors. The last one I used was on our LeMons race car. It was super helpful!

My friend has one that he puts in all of his dailies. I say all because I think it's been it like 5+ cars in the past couple years. I'm jealous and I want one.

I see them every now and then, pretty much exclusively on wannabe ricers. And every one I've seen they just put it in front of their stock rear view

These things are awesome. I used to rock one back when I had a 35 mile one way commute in heavy 3 lane interstate traffic.....no blind spots whatsoever if you have it adjusted properly. Only down side/ You can't use your sunshades without blocking a good part of the mirror.

My friend has one in his BMW 2002, I always thought he ripped it off a golf cart. It is pretty neat though, he can scan and change lanes without having to move his eyes too far off the road.
